Repairs
Every repair carries a 14-day workmanship warranty on the specific fault addressed. Unrelated faults or new physical/liquid damage are not covered.
Products
Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened electronics are eligible for exchange only, subject to inspection.
Digital services & PINs
Examination PINs, tokens and digital training materials are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
