1. Services

DE-MASTERS Computers Unique Concept provides computer training, computer sales, computer & CCTV repairs and business center services. By engaging any of our services you agree to these terms.

2. Enrollment & Payments

Course fees are payable in full before course commencement unless a written installment plan is agreed. All payments are non-transferable.

3. Products & Warranty

Products purchased carry the manufacturer's original warranty. Physical damage, liquid damage, and unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

4. Repair Services

Diagnostics may attract a fee that is waived upon repair approval. Devices unclaimed after 60 days may be sold to recover storage and repair costs.

5. Examination & PIN Services

PINs and tokens sold are non-refundable once delivered. Ensure you provide correct details at checkout.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect loss arising from delays, misuse of purchased products, or third-party service disruptions.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
